Return And Refund Policy

This page provides information about the return and refund policy of Wallpaneldubai.comand the services and rights that customers are entitled to, in case they do not get satisfied with the quality of a product or service. The satisfaction of our customers is our topmost priority at Wall Panel Dubai and we increasingly strive to serve them with the best quality wall covering products and services.

🠆Return Criteria 

Customers may initiate a product return under these conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition and has not been used, installed, cleaned or washed.
  • The product is being returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is in its original packaging, along with accessories, hardware, tag(s) and invoice(s).

🠆Non-returnable Products And Services

Returns and/or exchanges are not possible for:

  • Custom designed wall panels and wallpapers.
  • Special Orders.
  • Clearance Items and Items with discounted prices.
  • Wall panels and wallpapers that have been damaged because of mishandling, negligence and/or faulty/improper installation or fitting.
  • Wall panels and wallpapers altered in any way.

🠆Defective/Damaged Products 

If customers ever receive a damaged, faulty or improperly designed wall covering product, they must act upon the following:

  • Let us know about the damage or defect within 24 hours of the product delivery. 
  • Provide clear images and/or videos of the damage(s) or defect(s) of the product.

If the above-mentioned steps are ensured, Wallpaneldubai shall initiate an inspection and may provide a repair job, replacement or full refund, as per the results of the inspection. 

🠆Refund Process

After a product has been returned and inspected, customers shall be notified shortly, regarding the refund rejection or approval. 

  • In Case Of Approval: customers shall receive a full refund via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that the refund is not applicable for any and all handling and delivery charges, until and unless the return is being initiated because of a defect or flaw. 

🠆Cancellation Policy 

  • Customers can cancel their orders at Wallpaneldubai within 24 hours of the placement. 
  • Cancellation is not possible for customized orders, after the manufacturing/designing process has started. 

🠆Exchange Policy

If customers prefer, they can obtain exchanges for eligible products, instead of a refund. Please note that all exchanges will be subjected to shipping costs and availability of the product(s).
